TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
 
To order the stamps, coins and or telephone cards of San Marino you should use the shopping trolley on our Site, or otherwise you may order by E-mail or by regular mail.
A progressive number will be given to your order and you will receive an E-mail confirming receipt. This number will permit you to control the date of despatching for philatelic, numismatic or telephone card orders.
Orders will be filled in accordance with availability.

If you choose to pay by:

  1. Credit Card: the transaction is immediate
  2. International Postal Money Order: indicate the number of your order

CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED: VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD.
Your Credit Card data will be transmitted encrypted, so guaranteeing your privacy and security.

Handling Charge:
The fixed sum of € 4.50 will be added to all orders, and will also include the postal charges.

N.B. For technical reasons stamps, coins and telephone cards will be despatched by registered mail in separate envelopes and with separate invoices, even should they be part of one single order. However, the handling charge of 7,000 Lira will be added to only one invoice.

Guarantee:
Customers should check goods on arrival. Complaints will be accepted only during the 3 months following the date of despatch.

Guarantee "satisfied or refunded":
The customer may exercise the right to withdrawal by returning the goods and so receive a refund of the cost of the goods. If the payment was made by Credit Card the refund will be made by cancellation of the transaction, otherwise a cheque will be despatched.

Returned goods should be addressed to: - A.A.S.F.N. P.O. Box No. 1, 47890 San Marino - by registered mail or by parcel, within 7 days from receipt of the goods, in this case postal charges will not be refunded.

N.B. PACKETS SHOULD NOT BE RETURNED IN C.O.D. (PAYMENT ON DELIVERY), AS THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Information & Privacy:
All personal data will be held in our files and used only for administrative purposes. No data will be given to third parties.

Competent Court of Justice:
For any dispute the Court of Justice of the Republic of San Marino will be the competent organ.
